Animal Pasta

Mummy had prepared this for Reyes but surprisingly Reyden had liked it too. This is a simple and yet nutritious dish. We love the animal-shaped organic pasta.

Ingredients:
Organic vegetable animal pasta (Mummy got it from NTUC Xtra)
Parmesan cheese
Egg
Minced Chicken (can use hotdog for easier preparation)
Frozen mixed vege
Olive oil

Method:
- Fried the egg and cut into small pieces and leave aside
- Boil the minced chicken and frozen mixed vege, drain it and leave aside too
- Cook the pasta with water and a dash of olive oil, drain away the hot water when pasta is cooked. (Do not cook the pasta for too long as this type of pasta won't nice if too soft)
- Pour the pasta onto a plate or bowl, add the cooked chicken, vege and egg on top.
- Mixed a tblsp of olive oil (alternatively margarine) into the pasta and stir well.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top to taste. (we find that it tastes nicer with lots of cheese.)

How does pesto sauce taste like? I'm about adding new taste, they'll reject the whole dish if they don't like. Maybe should let them try abit 1st?
