Nee's cruising with walker

She's cruising the 1st time with the walker! The very same walker RR used 5 yrs ago. Mummy took a video but is having problem uploading it, will try again later.

Little Yu-En is out!!

We have another little cousin! Shi-En's meimei, Yu-En is out! We visited Michelle Yiyi and little bb @ Raffles Hospital after collecting our passports today.

Nee has a passport!

Yes, we are going for a trip therefore Mummy applied for Nee's passport. And since ours are going to expire in another 7 mths' time, she renewed as well. So off we went to ICA for the collection today.

Veg Pasta with cheese for Nee

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1 stalk of celery, peeled and chopped
• 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
• 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
• Vegetable stock or water
• Cheddar cheese,grated
• Heinz Baby Star pasta

Method

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion for about 4 minutes until softened.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
Stir in the celery and carrots, then stir in the tomatoes and vegetable stock or water.
Bring to the boil, stirring, then cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Once cooked, allow to the sauce cool slightly, then blend the sauce to a puree and stir in the cheese until melted.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce

Photoshoot for Nee

We went for a photoshoot for Nee today. Mummy says we had ours taken when we were 10mths old too. The session went pretty fine except that Nee wasn't smiling much cos it was at an odd timing. Mummy still prefer ours.

Nee's 1st "official" haircut

We are going for a photoshoot tomorrow thus Mummy decided Nee needs a trim for her unkempt "hair".
