Ayden's 1st party

We were invited to Ayden's 1st birthday party today. There were quite a number of kids and all made quite a mess in the play room. Mummy didn't manage to take much pixs cos the camera went flat after awhile.

Friends over for a visit

We had our usual "gang" over for dinner and play this evening. The original plan was picnic, kite-flying and cycling at Pasir Ris park but cancelled due to the bad weather today. Aunty Elaine must have felt so disappointed. Nevertheless we had fun playing with EJ, Anthea, Keira and not forgetting their little siblings. The adults had a good time feasting on Uncle Wong's home-fried noodles, Arnolds chicken, Mummy's green bean soup and a good chat.

Shortest trip to the zoo

This is probably the shortest zoo trip we ever had. We were there for less an hour, only seen the monkeys and off we went. Put all the blame on the weather ... It was still bright and shining when we left home and even till we went into the zoo.
However it started to pour when we were at the monkeys' enclosure and it didn't seem like it was going to stop anytime soon.

We waited for about 20mins before Daddy decided to go get ponchos for us and leave for home. Apparently we weren't quite happy about it but the disappointment was made up with lunch at Macdonalds. We had been quite into the big M lately, will ask for breakfast of hashbrowns and eggs and lunch of nuggets and french fries. Mummy certainly hope it's just a passing phase and we'll get tired of it soon.

We had been singing this song quite often lately. Mummy suspects it's one of the concert item we are going to present.

Polliwogs for a 2nd time

Mummy brought us out for a Mar kids outing at Polliwogs today. There were Bel & Sam, EJ & EV, Keira and YT, not forgetting Dan and Yaz came to join us for a short while as well.

We proceeded to the nearby Waraku for dinner after play and we were all tired out by the time we reached home especially Mummy. She was exhausted when she finished bathing us, settled us in bed and unpacked our barang. Nevertheless she thought it was quite worth the effort cos we had much fun and we were quite well-behaved today.

The only disappointment was the bouncy playground wasn't set up due to the hot weather. Hope we'll get to play with that the next time we go.

Happy 30th month to RR!

We turned 2.5 yrs old today! Mummy says time flies and it'll be very soon that we are going 3!

Fun, FUn, FUN at Polliwogs!!

Mummy brought us to Polliwogs with some of the Mar kids today.

The only play centre in Singapore with an indoor and outdoor play arena. Featuring the largest outdoor inflatable bouncy in Singapore, it is the most fun and entertaining playground, combining indoor, outdoor, and live entertainment and activities for the whole family. Beach side location is ideal for relaxation and other activities for the whole family.

It was indeed a good place of recommendation. We were there since it opened at 10am, played till lunch (packed Burger King back cos there wasn't any sale of proper food in the premises) and continued till 2+pm. Mummy was pretty surprised that we didn't really fuss much though it was way past our nap time. Guess that's the power of fun. We look forward to another play session the kids. Mummy was glad that we enjoyed ourselves alot today cos she'll be starting work tomorrow and probably lesser chance to bring us out on a weekday in future.
