Mummy's post:
Lately I had noticed that our 1.8kg tin of Enfagrow is able to last us for about 2 weeks instead of the normal 1week+. The kids had now learnt to request for breakfast (bread/biscuits) or fresh milk instead of their daily morning formula milk feed. They'll go "don't want milk, I want biscuits/bread." Or "I want cold cold milk" (referring to the Magnolia full cream milk in the fridge). So I get to save 480ml of milk for that day.
And when bedtime comes soon after a heavy dinner, they'll just make do with a small cup of milk (usually about 120ml each).
The feeling is kind of weird to see my kids outgrow milk bottles, training cups
(oh, did I mention that they don't even want to use the Dr Brown training cups to drink their milk now? 2 cups wasted ...) and now formula milk. On one hand, I'm of cos happy to see them growing up well but on the other hand, I do miss holding my babies and feeding them milk in those milk bottles. Mummies are forever in such dilemma.

Mummy says we are to stand here and finish the milk

Reyes: Mummy, I'm tired already.

Finally seated down
(
Mummy: Well, I asked you not to walk around but I didn't say you can't sit down and drink your milk!)
I had been wanting to take some shots of the kids in school but kept forgetting to bring my camera along. Managed to do it this morning though. They are pretty different from the time when they 1st started CC. I used to hide behind the curtains to peep at them to avoid letting them see me and cry to go home.
The situation had changed since they settled down. I can now stand by the windows, watch them eat their breakfast, drink their milo, have amusing conversations with their peers. They'll turn to look at me occassionally, wave to me and say bye bye before I even decide to go off. Haha, my 26mths old kids had really grown up alot ...
