New things for them

Finally got down to buying a Lucky Baby high chair & Maxi Cosi car seat for them. Auntie Aida had commented that can't keep them still during feeding time. Anyway it's high time to let them eat in a proper chair. Luckily I've only got one to try out. Reyden simply refused to sit & eat in it. Will let him try again before we get another one for them.

As for the carseat, it's cos the both of them had now grown longer & it seems like they are cramped inside the infant car seats. Therefore we decided to let them sit up & watched the view outside the car instead of watching Mummy being a clown in the car.

Reyes in the high chair.

The Mar babies of the forum Mummy's in had pictures of their babies in supermarket trolleys. Mummy wanted us to have a pix of that too. Here's Reyden's.

But he doesn't look too happy in it. Shall bring Reyes to the supermarket this afternoon to look for ah ma & take one too.

Gymboree Play Gym

Reyden & Reyes enjoying themselves.

Our friends - Danial & Yasmin!

Brought the 2 terrors to Gymboree Play & Music at Vivocity today. Seems to have neglected them recently so thought of bringing them out for some fun. It was a place recommended by another twin mummy. I must thank her for bringing us there cos R&R had really enjoyed themselves. It's a pretty nice & fun place for children above 6mths old. They have classes suitable for various ages too. Will share about them after we have try them out. :)

Fallen off the bed ...

My poor Reyes had fallen off my bed for the 1st time. Careless Mummy took things for granted, left her on my bed, turned & put something on the table. When I turned back half her body was already out of the bed & before I had time to react, she was on the floor ... Felt so guilty & 心疼. Though Daddy didn't scold me but I knew it's my fault. Some mummies were kind enough to console me by telling me that almost 100% of infants/children fall off beds/sofas at least once. But knowing this still doesn't ease my guilt. I should have been more careful ... Sorry Reyes.

Jumperoo!!!

Here comes the Jumperoo! Jump jump jump!!!
R&R are happy with Jumperoo but Daddy "jumped" at Mummy for buying us so much toys.
Daddy says no more new toys for the next 6 mths else Mummy will sleep outside the house with the old toys??? Poor Mummy ...

but it's fine! so long as there are happy, Mummy's happy!! Who cares about what Daddy says? hahaha!

"Migrated" over from Friendster!

Mummy felt that there's too much constraints over at Friendster's blog, therefore decided to migrate our blog to blogspot.com
Had a hard time moving the posts one by one but nevertheless finally got it done after 2 hours.

Toys, toys & more toys

Went down to a baby toy sale at Alexandra Distripark this morning. Had never been so hardworking before, went all the way from home just for a sale. It turned out to be worth the trip afterall. Got a coupe car, seesaw, bloster cases, mugs & some other small toys. All for the price of $150 only! :)
Lugged everything onto the car and back home by myself. Though they are still young for some of the toys but I'm still quite pleased with my "loot". hahaha!
Oh ya, not forgetting to thank Auntie Jeanelle for informing Mummy about the sale & Auntie Fi for going down to the sale with Mummy. :)

There's hardly place to walk around with all these new toys. Not forgetting the jumperoo that's coming on the way. Stay tuned for their new toy!

Here are pixs of today's "loot"

Development checks in KKH

It had been a long time since we last went to KKH in May. Brought R&R for their development checks yesterday. It's a routine check for premmies till 1.5 yrs old. Everything are fine. Both are able to roll over from tummy, able to sit up without assist, started on porridge & cereals, put on weight well. The only thing I'm not quite satisfied with is probably their heights. Kent says we can't expect much cos we aren't too tall ourselves either. Isn't that bad?

Reyes' only 65cm , weighing 7.6kg. & Reyden's 68cm, weighing 8.7kg. Shall help them with some stretching.

Next visit at KKH will be 4 mths later in Jan. Wondering will they be able to stand by then?
